3. Check your “Sort Order” and “Display Order” on iPhone

Sort Order and Display Order refers to how the contacts on your contact list are displayed and found. There are two different ways you can sort and display your contact list.
The first one is by using the first name and then the last name to find contact. For example, John Smith. The second one is by using the last name and then the first name. For example, Smith John.
