In other words, NoScript gives users full control over which sites should be allowed to run scripts thus helping protect against malicious attacks and clickjacking and cross site scription (XSS).
The usage of the program is quite simple and involves adding it to Firefox or other browser which support Firefox addons and extensions. You can manage which sites have permission to run scripts by creating a whitelist and sites can be removed and added pretty easily.
From the 'Options' of NoScript, you can also select which types of scripts can be enabled and disabled. It can also be used to just temporarily enable or disable scripts from being executed.

Overall, NoScript for Firefox can be a pretty handy application to have as it is particularly good at disabling ads and nasty Flash scripts -- especially video ads which seem to have become popular.
